房子上半年买的，原房主的价格是220万，被现房主270万bid 下来了。。现房主做了很多upgrade, 里面都是新的。。。。打算住一辈子，据agent 说。。

那个位置就在高中附近，估计正是人到中年，孩子要读高中。。。

结果被雇主搬到了得克萨斯。agent 说房主没有钱在得克萨斯买房，必须得卖出去才能有钱。。。我算了下，他那套房如果贷款，每个月两万，地税每个月三千，还有其他如保险，utilities。。。每个月税后两万五。。。加州。就算以前利率低，省一万，也是一万五。

万一不能很快卖出去，感觉要亏出去一百万啊。。。

那家房子4000多平方英尺，但是房间很多，小格子，肯定是穷人家上有老下有小。不是豪宅，地皮6000尺。。。

房子是消耗品，不要老想着增值。

你这个算法，我打一个问号，270万的房子，首付不会是20%，我觉得是40%，借的钱越多，银行风险越大，首付要求越高。

好奇，看了一下，喜欢，才两百七十万，应该算便宜了。

这样的房子在瑞士，要翻一番，还不能在苏黎世湖，莱蒙湖，楚格湖一带。即便在德国南部，也得这个价。

这房子我看到了， 还在想房主脑子有包了，这个市场还卖270. 这房子疫情前真是150 万估计都能拿下。

18 年高通裁员的时候，这片好多卖的，都差不多这价。

房子是消耗品，不要老想着增值。

房子不增值，使用成本就太高了。大部分人就更用不起了。100万的房子，使用10年，涨到200万，扣掉每年6万的维修，利息，地税的使用费，实际使用费用是-40万。扣掉交易成本，使用费用也是负的。如果没涨，使用费用就超过60万。如果再贬值了，那使用成本就更高。

其实也就那套卖高了。其他还是没啥。

这里就指着高通苹果大裁员了。万一没有呢？呵呵，现在搞一堆预测是干嘛，到时不是显得很傻。
